1. Windows

Old fashioned or opened windows make it easy for burglars, UPVC are harder to smash.

2. Garage

Great hiding place for burglars, especially if it is attached to the house; central lock and sheet metal door are easy to force.

3. Pets

A desperate burglar is a dangerous burglar – pets are obstacles for disposal. Cat or dog flaps and keys left in the lock = easy access .

4. Front Door

One lock, therefore weak at the bottom and easy to force. Letterbox can be used to ‘fish’ for car keys or open door from the inside.
