ADT’s Smart Alarm Management Solutions unit provides a powerful tool for managing EAS systems and achieving greater operational efficiencies at the front end of the store. A unit mounts near the store exit and enables you to enter EAS alarm information using a key pad or scanner. This eliminates the need for handwritten alarm logs and delivers important information faster than ever before, enabling the generation of corporate loss prevention reports. Information can be downloaded, e-mailed or sent by SMS to any nominated party as an incident occurs.

Our Smart Exception Based Reporting (XBR) tool uses exception-based reporting methods to easily identify, track and manage potentially fraudulent transactions at the point of sale terminal. This integration provides enhanced operational efficiencies and theft protection, enabling management to see whether cashiers are following scanning and deactivation procedures, as well as preventing unauthorised deactivation and fraudulent transactions by cashiers. It can flag incidents almost as they happen, allowing for faster investigations and timely resolution.
