What is the Remote Engineering Support?
A system feature that allows for an interactive telephone link between your alarm and our 24 hour Service Bureau. Using this feature, we are able to diagnose and deal with over 85% of system problems immediately over the phone, without the need for an engineer visit. This helps us to minimise the ‘down-time’ of your home alarm system, saving you time, effort and worry.
