In order to comply with police policy, you are required to provide details of at least two people to be contacted in an emergency when no-one is available at your property.

If there are any changes to the contact details of your current keyholders or you would like to nominate new keyholders you must notify us immediately with the changes by writing to:

Reminder of Keyholder and their Duties

Keyholders MUST:

1. Live at separate addresses within 20 minutes travelling distance of the Property.

2. Have agreed to hold the keys to the Property.

3. Be able to operate your security system.

Keyholders MUST NOT Reside at the Property

In the event that an alarm signal is received at the Alarm Receiving Centre and is not cancelled as a false alarm, we will endeavour to notify the Gardai and keyholder and may request their attendance at the property.
